Andy Northey
Owner
Andy is the owner of R&A Landscaping. As such, he manages, oversees, and participates in all facets of the company. R&A started with Andy and his brother Randy in 2004 and has experienced 11 successful years in the landscape and water feature industry.
Andy’s professionalism has been recognized as being a leader in the industry by NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals, formerly PLANET). He is also a member of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association, Home Builders Association of Western Michigan, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Wayland Chamber of Commerce, Otsego Chamber of Commerce, and BNI Leading Edge.
Andy was born and raised in Kalamazoo, which is where he currently resides.

Andy Timmons

Andy is our water feature construction craftsman, and is responsible for building all the water features. Along with constructing water features, Andy also installs landscapes and hardscapes. He has been with R&A for over six years. Prior to joining our team, he worked for 12 years as a carpenter. Andy was born and raised in Kalamazoo, and is a die-hard Michigan fan. He also has a big soft spot for his fun-loving dog named Marty.

Rachel Ribeiro
Project Lead
Rachel is the landscape construction supervisor, overseeing sales, construction, and design. Originally from Detroit, MI, she moved to Grand Rapids in 2010. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College in public relations. She has received formal training from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.
Having grown up attending primary and secondary schools specializing in environmental science, Rachel is an avid designer who uses both her environmental and creative backgrounds to help our clients visualize and make the most of their outdoor living spaces.
Rachel currently lives in East Grand Rapids with Lucas and their two dogs, Luna and Sol.
