Andy Northey
Owner
Andy is the owner of R&A Landscaping. As such, he manages, oversees, and participates in all facets of the company. R&A started with Andy and his brother Randy in 2004 and has experienced 20 successful years in the landscape and water feature industry.
Andy’s professionalism has been recognized as being a leader in the industry by NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals, formerly PLANET). He is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan and R&A is a Council 100 member of Southwest Michigan First.
Andy was born and raised in Kalamazoo, but now resides in Shelbyville, MI.

Andy Timmons
Lead Foreman
Andy has been with our company for over 13 years! He is Lead Foreman and water feature construction craftsman. Andy was born and raised in Kalamazoo Michigan. In his off time, he loves to spend time with his family, disk golf, and is a die-hard Michigan fan.

Ryan Walters
Lead Foreman
Ryan is one of our Lead Foreman. Not only has he been in the landscape industry for over 18 years, he is also an ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute) Certified Concrete Paver Installer. In his off time, Ryan enjoys fishing, camping, trail riding and golfing with his wife and three children.

Matt DeMoss
Foreman
Matt is just finishing up his first year with R&A Landscaping, although he has been in the landscaping business for over 9 years. He is big into gardening at his house and football. In his off time he enjoys fishing the lake Michigan waters, spending time with his niece and playing with his dog.

Rachel Ribeiro
Project Lead
Rachel is our landscape construction supervisor, overseeing all sales, construction, and design. Originally from the east side of the state, she moved to Grand Rapids in 2010. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College in Public Relations. She has received formal training from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.
Having grown up attending primary and secondary schools specializing in environmental science, Rachel is an avid designer who uses both her environmental and creative backgrounds to help our clients visualize and make the most of their outdoor living spaces.
Rachel currently lives in Allegan with her husband Lucas.

Travis Waldo
Sales/Project Manager
Travis started out with us as part of our lawn mowing crew. Over the years he has excelled as a landscape crew lead and now, he is one of our Project Managers. He also holds the title of Licensed MI Residential Builder. Travis is a USMC Veteran. He was stationed in Japan as a Combat Engineer and as Civil Affairs. In his off time, Travis likes to spend it with his daughter and girlfriend going to the Zoo, hiking, playing dress up, having movie nights and swimming.

Audra Chapman
Office Manager
With 13+ years of experience in administrative support and customer service, we rely on Audra to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our office. She was born and raised in South Haven, Michigan but has lived all over the country. Audra is a United States Marine Corps veteran of 8 years. In her time outside of the office, she likes to go hunting and fishing, go-karting and horseback riding. She currently lives in Plainwell, Michigan with her husband, 2 daughters, and 3 dogs. Audra is currently attending Western Michigan University to get her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology.
